• nickreserved Posted 2022-10-28 PROJECT IS LAID TO REST. Except I love it in support of its straightforwardness. I tried Freeplane (successor) but the issue is SUPER BLOATED. REGRETTABLE NEWS: It does not run with latest OpenJDK. SUPER GOOD NEWS: Version 0.8.1 run with next-generation OpenJDK (18), and it is more user-friendly starting with copy 1.0.1 which is the latest! 1 guest found this review helpful. The project has delivered any stable, solid and rather full-grown artifact, although it has not seen a new version for years. We pressing a better metaphor than "dead". The warmth of churning each never-ending fairly rapid steam connected to ever-changing versions/releases, sometimes poorly tested upon which introducing breaking changes, often found in free-as-in-freedom projects, seems not without malfunctions.
